Well I don’t know if these will be in focus as using I pad and the wind is blowing a Gale here

Is that a Ville de Lyon clematis? I was so sad when the bunnies chewed through the main stem on mine when it was about 3’ high and covered with buds. It’s just a tiny stick now with one sad leaf. Fingers crossed that it recovers and grows back.

I know it’s a clematis apart from that no idea. It was a gift. I have had three planted straight in the ground all died so this time it’s in a large pot.

The Ville de Lyon are dark pink with a yellow center. That definitely looks like one. They’re stunning when in full bloom. The large pot is a good idea. I’m trying that with one of mine this year. Not sure if it will survive our freezing temps during winter but we will find out. I’ll probably wrap the pot in something for insulation and put it into another larger pot for the winter.

The back garden is starting to fill in. I have herbs and dahlias in pots and grow bags filling in the empty spaces this year while I wait for the newer perennials to get established. Going for a busy and colorful cottage garden look when it’s done.

Welp, here is what I have going in my garden right now. These are all in early stage, so I'm just showing off the blooms for now. IQ is a little off, because I'm still experimenting with the tubes, and I have to manual focus, and my eyes aren't what they used to be.

Wow everyone your gardens are stunning. Mine is past it’s best just cropped the last of the bean, most of the onions are out. The next crop of beans is on the way,,,, if they survive this wind

I actually did mine with a Samsung S21 Ultra. The telephoto lens on it turns out to be a pretty good macro lens. I should probably get my old manual Phoenix 100mm manual macro lens, and see what that can do by comparison. Might have to follow up with that.

I hope mine eventually looks this good! Lots of variety here, and everything looks so neat and tidy. Great garden!
