This Scentsation honeysuckle smells amazing today! It really burst into bloom after yesterday’s rainy weather.

My garden is very disorganized because I still haven't decided on a design. Here is most of my current flora. For some reason the Bougainvillea are blowing out a bit when uploading. Not sure if its the iPhone or Flickr. The Dances in the Dark roses will be the center piece, since that is the memorial for my son Daniel. I'm going to have to revisit these with my "real" camera. Those Zinnias look meh.

MLW's boss gave her some irises from her yard, which I planted by The Rock. We also put in peonnies we brought up from Maryland along the driveway.

These are growing beside the creek. I have to figure out what they are.

Greater Celandine, Blackberries, and Black Cherry according to Seek. It's a handy phone app that is pretty good at identifying plants, insects, and animals.

Blackberry was one of my initial guesses. I've had a couple bushed before, but it's been quite a few years. There was a huge patch adjacent to a gravel pit near where I lived as a kid and we went back and collected them regularly in the summer. his place just got more interesting.

This matches what my iPhone identified them as. iPhone has a plant identifier app built-in. You just swipe up on the photo and click on the word plant. It works on insects and animals as well.

I haven't seen deer in the yard, but there ae some not far away. We do have squirells and chipmunks.
The only bears nearby are University of Maine students and alums.

I cut the little oaks out of the middle of the rhododendron and most of the lilac; still have to get the 2-1/2 inch "trunk" out of the lilac and cut out the little maple. Seeing a long @$$ snake made me quit for the day.

Trying to sort out my mums garden at the moment, she can't do it as she needs a double hip replacement. It's taking forever but here are a couple photos I took yesterday -
