Yes, a clever composition. Nice use of the foreground/background size effects, due to "the right" focal length and the right camera to subject distance. This kind of shot is one where focal length and camera-to-sibject distance makes a HUGE impact on the way the shot looks; too short of a focal length, and the power house would have been very small and inconsequential; too long a focal length and the background's size magnification would have compressed the distance artificially; with the focal length you used, you got in enough foreground and mid-ground, and also kept the power house's size adequately large enough to make it a focal point worth looking at.
