GBH Throw Down

Nice work! Love the back story here. Watching wildlife like this is so entertaining, isn't it? They can be such jerks to each other.

I love the one that got picked for POTM, not surprising at all. Great series!

Someone help me to understand, I thought they were all on the dark side and not worthy of the nomination. Maybe I'm looking at it wrong?

1-a photo doesn’t have to be technically perfect to be great
2-they are a little dark but still easy to see details, maybe your screen is off
3-if you thought they were dark why not raise the exposure?

I understand what you're saying in #1, I sometimes forget about that and the fact that art leans away from the technical aspect in photography. I don't think my screen is off, it's just that I've seen many pictures that were dark like that and received criticism for being too dark so I was expecting people to think that. I would've raised the exposure but I thought it would create noise. I'm good, thanks for the reminder that you don't have to be technically perfect, much appreciated. ;)
