Gel Socks?

Sorry for the crap tablet pic. These are some gels that stretch over strobe cones kind of like a beauty dish sock. The guy I share a studio with bought them at WPPI several years ago. I wanted to buy some for myself, but I cannot find them for the life of me. Does anyone know who makes them? Or the proper name? "Gel socks" brings up... well, socks.
