This text is NOT easy.
And the German used in that is AUSTRIAN, indeed, which means they use a good many words that I don't even know. But by later today you should have my humble attempts of translating your letter for you in your e-mail account! Big promise!!

Well, we have a mongolian exchange student. I'm thinking he'll be showing us all the cool stuff while we're there. We will be seeing Ulanbaatar, but we would probably be spending most of our time in the countyside. He has been talking about the throat singing, and I'm sure we'll get to see some of it. It's not exclusive to Tuva, is it? Haven't really heard of Tuva. Thanks for the links!
 
Cool. I just checked out a couple video clips for the throat singing. Crazy stuff. The higher pitched stuff is just plain nuts!
