Pretty good shot with a lot of emotion and great DOF. I think the emotion that the viewer would experience could be directed with a title maybe like, "Please Don't Go" or something similar (makes use of the train tracks). "Getting it out", IMO is ambiguous and could be applied to a variety of situations.

This made me laugh outloud. Having two small children I can relate to this image, I've seen that face before. The contrast is very good, really pulls her out of the image.
