The kitty is cute, and I like the sense of curiosity and movement. The background doesn't do much for me.

The kitten isn't in focus or camera shake is making it look blurry. Image is also kinda noisy. The wooden thing in the lower left (table leg?) is distracting as is the other tail to the left of the kitten.
