#1 the vertical...why all the dead space above her, and then the crowding at the bottom of the frame? That's not a nit, that's a major issue, a real fundamental one. All three of them have very weak, pallid coloration on the girl, and as a result they look awful...sick,weak,pallid color, very unflattering. AGain, I don't see these as nits, but as major fundamentals issues.

I'm going to be brutally honest. They are boring. Try different angels. Lay on the ground and get as low as you can get and shoot up. Look at her arms in pic2, next the try using the angel of her arms as leading lines to her face. It's really hard in my opinion to shoot portraits with out the bore factor but if you really pull out all the stops you can find that perfect combo to set the shot apart.
