Ok a few pointers --

Barbados - don't do any excursions through the ship. Get a cab driver to take you around the entire island. Its cheaper and there are countless photo opps

St. Lucia -- same -- make sure you see the waterfall, Sulphur Springs, and the volcano.

Antigua -- everything you can do is fun.

St. Maarten -- Make sure you go shopping!

St. Thomas -- This is the best island on the tour, IMO. Take the "Skyride to Paradise Point." Bring a wide angle for the panoramics, and a zoom lens for the parrot show. Make sure you hit Megan's Bay, rated as one of the top 10 beaches in the world by National Geographic. Make sure you bring LOTS of money for jewelry/watches/camera gear. The deals there are nuts! I got a $2200 watch for $1300, no taxes, and if I had the $$, I could have gotten a 1Ds MKiiN for about $800 under what it would cost in the US.
