I bought a golden retriever puppy for my in-laws a couples weeks ago. I was able to take him over to a field of yellow flowers and we had some fun. Here are the results. By the way, his name is Baxter and he is 12 weeks.

For the pictures, this is my experimental use with softening pictures. Tell me what you think. Too much yellow, too soft, etc? Thanks for your comments and critiques.

What a cute pup! And nice shots...the second is my fave. I think the softness works with these.

Yes, but the 2nd one has a slight magenta cast to it that you should probably remove.

Awww :(
These are just too cute! I especially like the second as well.

(Sorry for the sad face, I miss my Meg)

What a great location to shoot this kind of pictures! I like the colours and softness in the pictures you've made.

Would have place the puppy a little more off-centre, and too bad of that tail growing out of his head.

Good one, again the tail a bit.

Very good one! Good only have been better with a little eye contact.

Good position of the dog, and I really like the softness. Too bad the tail is clipped-off though...
