Depends, your not saving a whole lot on a used 350D but it is a savings. Thats about what a 300D (new) cost, I think. Have you seen the 350D so you can determine if it is in good shape? A friend of mine just bought a camera from a cheap camera dealer only to find out after purchase that the sellers ratings were horrible, so make sure it is from a reputable site or seller.

Not sure on the Nikon tho.
