Good intention needs help

This is a picture of a local Hero who just got off the plane from Afghanistan. I think he's not sure if he sees his family but is beginning to realise that he does. The original picture I took came out much less that good. The reason for this is that I was running up to not miss the picture that I just shot and hoped for the best. I did a little post- edit and I'm not completely happy. So please your opinions are need.

Thank you tirediron, To my eye it seems a little noisy. I did sharpen it a little and was hoping to have it framed. I'm concerned that when I print it out the imperfections will really show. Thanks for the opinion.

Have it printed on canvas, that will 'hide' some of the noise.
