GPS recommendations

I am currently looking to buy a gps so i can freely go into woods and off terain on foot and get nature shots so i don't get lost. What GPS would you recommend using? Battery life is a plus.

Most smartphones have GPS nowadays. Other than that you can find more durable and efficient personal GPS trackers at outdoor stores such as Bass Pro Shop. You can also search on Amazon.

I don't have a smartphone because they intimidate me. A dedicated gps would be pretty good.

Its a good thing i bought a gps, i would have spent all night long in the forest without it.
