Dew: those are both beautiful B&W images. They are quite different in style but both are dreamy and lovely - your client should be very pleased. There is no visible grain in those shots that I can see. Great job!!
I fear you're going to detest a lot of what I post (when I get around to uploading my images). I love grainy infrared shots - mostly landscapes. To me the grain enhances a timeless, ethereal quality, which is what IR is all about (to me). Of course it doesn't work for ALL images, nor should it!! I view it as almost another tool to play with in images.
