85% of the population is allergic to poison oak. Some may not have a reaction the first time you come in contact with it but it doesn't necessarily mean you are immune to it.

I'm looking at your picture as the steps are the true subject, not the posion Oak. While the left side and foreground are basically properly exposed, the right side is over exposed. You need to spend more time in Post Production to correct that issue.
