cool picture, the textures of the statue definitely shows. although i think it would have been even better if you had a person in the frame too just so we can see the scale of size.

P.S. you've probably already been there but there's this ginormous buddha statue in HK that's also a good photography destination ( Tian Tan Buddha )

Actually I have not been to the one in hong kong, nor did I know one even existed there. You sound like you know where a lot of good photo opportunities are in HK. If you know any others please let me know

Hi Ryan, I like this shot, well done. The only thing that bothers me a little is that the statue's chest is highlighted much more than his face, did you happen to get any shots from a bit more to the left, where the sun would have also hit the side of the statue's face?
