Ground Shot

I was trying to get more of a focus of the leaves on the ground than on the background. Not sure if I accomplished this though. What are your thoughts on the photo?

Not so interesting. From the photo alone, I am unsure what the subject is. Also looks well off level.

I know what you are trying to do, but there really are not enough leaves on the ground to provide a focus or a defined subject for the image.

Yeah, I was trying to accomplish a photo with a barrage of leaves but I had to work with what I got. I think I'll try shooting in a park next time around.

In the left part of the image there is what I believe is a roof of a house. It is very distracting and it continues to almost the center of the photo.

I hope to see you a post anohter one similar to this one with a few fixes. It takes a few tries, but I'm sure you can get it.

I think you would either need to go lower than f/1.8 or go with a longer focal length to get the effect that you want. I like your idea though, keep up the good work!
