Regarding cropping why not crop out that white rectangle above her. Also her color looks too warm or something.

The top railing of the staircase is very distracting and cuts off her body. I'm not convinced that this works as "grunge" just because she is in a parking garage. Her styling or posing doesn't match the setting but it also doesn't seem like the contrast is the point of the picture, either. Sorry, this one's a miss for me.

Try next time maybe flipping the camera into vertical, get more of the subject, less ceiling. Think about vantage point, up or down a step or two, maybe her at a different angle so she isn't looking down so much would work.
