Halloween shot

Please CC. Here is a halloween shoot I did of my nephew. He actually cooperated. This is done with natural lighting, plexi glass at the bottom and seamless white paper for background.

Settings: ISO 640, SS 1/100, f3.5

Cute photo. I'm not going to c&c though as I find your watermark so distracting that I can't stand to look at it. Really bugs me.

I'll agree; the watermark is very distracting and makes it hard to critique. But I can say that if he is going to be off centered like that, there should either be more space above his head or he should be looking towards the center of the photo, at some point of interest. Also, the black footie straps from his costume are distracting. Lighting is spot on and I love the use of the plexiglass.

I like the shot, just not the crop... I would have put a little more space on the left side (putting the cute kid in the lower right corner).

adorable! You might consider cloning out the line that is the edge of the plexiglass

Yeah the photo is hard to judge because of the watermark ... there are better places to put that "thing" especially if you want other people to judge your work ...

Thanks everyone for the CC. I realize that my watermark is annoying, maybe I can lower the opacity of it, so that it doesn't take away from the picture.

Unfortunately, the plexiglass was too small, that's why the crop way so tight.
