Hand coloring B&W photos

Does anyone hand color black and white photos. If so what type of paper do you use. I have been hand coloring for 20+ years. I got away from it for the past couple of year I used kodak polycontrast III N RC it worked very well but now that Kodak no longer makes paper I need an alternative.

Basically a matt paper should work.
terri should come along and give you some advise.
