In the rub a dub
Ferny orders a round and the barmaid presented him with the bill...
He eventually stems the emotion whilst Dave enjoys the best pint of his life
After tasting his beer, he realised that it was a sweet pint and worth every penny
Alex had them lined up as usual
Ferny helped Dave to clean his lens
Colin seemed to have been taking tips from Michael Jackson and hopped into his oxygen tent
Mooooodeehhh! eh?
Jeanne was complaining about the low light levels in the Imperial...
After much research we worked out what the problem was...
Ferny had a happy hug from Dave
and Becky started sporting a Des Lyneham (thats a british thing)
Jeanne sank another leffe and in a drunken fit of violence tried to put the window through - but looked kind of sweet after the rage
Dave tried to count the amount of times his triumph had broken down
Outside, no-one was coming near the pub
Not surprising really as it was a dangerous place to be with dive bombers around the place
Then Dave and Jeanne broke out into a broadway musical style tap dance in the street
Then Ferny ate my pie - I never did get any mushy peas
And that was the end of that, on the tube, on the bus and woke up thirty seconds before we arrived in Oxford.
It was a cracking day out, some great people and a good laugh - heres to you guys and gals who made it what it was, and here's to the next adventure wherever that may be! [insert pint of beer being cheered sort of here]
