Hansel Lighting

I have a question about a light set I bought. I bought a Hansel moonlight and it states that I can put it in model mode. Doesn’t that mean I can turn on the light with continuous light? Because it’s a German product I can’t find a phone # for customer service. The instruction manual is not very good and doesn’t touch on it at all.
Any help would be great.

not sure about the hansel model but the gretel version for me works fine

I guess my question is... how do I turn on the model light? Its just strobs. there is a button that says model but it does not turn on.

The brand is Hensel. Their US distributor's web site (including owner's manuals and contact info) is here. It might be easier to give you advice if we knew which specific Hensel product you have.
