I think you have too much empty space on the top and it seem like you could have gone for a wider aperture. The fact that everything is in focus except for the kid is kinda of creepy for me though, other might like it.

Maybe cropping a bit tighter would maybe work. And i agree with shumionbike i would have liked to see the boy a little sharper. larger aperture might work.
