ah....the end of a long and busy work-week.

I don't have much of anything special on tap. I'm gearing up for fall arts festivals and will be reviewing negatives for possible bromoil printmaking. Getting to be a busy time for me.

Who is doing something wildly exciting over the weekend?

Going to see Lyle Lovett tonight (woohoo) and then tomorrow my son Jeremy and his girlfriend Julie are visiting for the rest of the weekend. Should be a fun weekend! : )

I'm exersizing. Don't have much else planned!

Im gonna be either;

getting on a plane to Africa...... where i will meet up with an indigenous tribe, and be required to perform the initiation rights by..... hunting for antelope with my bare hands..... marrying the chiefs daughter.... and traverse the river rapids using a withered old branch.... then be home for tea and biscuits on sunday evening.

Or, i'll be bumming around watching tv..... eating.... and smoking a few cigarets, with my hand down my pants.

I think im gonna go for the second option..... i'v heard the climate is awfully hot in Africa this time of year. :mrgreen:

I'm shooting a fasion show this weekend. Doing it for one of the Makeup artists. Lead singer from Metric is gonna be at the show. Sitting beside the Makeup artist that I'm shooting for. Which means I should get to meet her!

gardening, finally buying a/c, going out with friends, then seeing friends that are moving in 2 weeks, mtn. biking, some work, learning to climb with a friend, then a date with a groovy girl. should be a good one!

going to shoot on saturday morn at 6am after which i have to be at work ALL day and shoot sunday morning at 6.30am.. reunion with the highschool on saturdya night...
just need to chill though ... im exhausted

dunno why but today I have a wonderful humour! really... I am daydreaming but in a very good meaning of this word... I am walking and singing... I'm smilling all day... my friends are smilling when they see me... everything is so beautiful... no, I didn't smoke!!!

I hope tomorrow I'll feel the same and tomorrow I am going for a whole day trip to watch... trolleys... those... on a railway moved by human force... damn boring! but I am to take some photos there!

Tomorrow I'm taking the kids to my parents for a BBQ with some friends I haven't seen since I was ..... about 12

Sunday is a Jewish Food Festival in a local town so we're doing that followed by some swimming. And to round out the weekend I will be cleaning and organizing the basement...fun stuff!

I went to ribfest tonight. Hundreds of pounds of pork ribs and chicken being grilled over open flames. Damn that was good. Wouldn't reccommend any vegeterians to go though. The $1 dixie cup of beer was a bit of a pain, but just means you had to make more trips to the bar.
