Harlequins!

[squirl033]

I had never gotten a decent shot of a harlequin duck until this past Monday, when I found a small gaggle of them playing in the water at a park not far from where I live. Well, okay, it was 60 miles, but hey, I didn't have any harlequin photos, and I wanted some, okay??

Not bad! Really interesting ducks.

Nice set

[baturn]

Very nice! Not an easy duck to get close to, in my experience.

My bucket list duck

Beautiful fowls! I can understand driving 60 miles for a bucket lister!
