Actually its the Executive Office Building next to the White house. But I swear it reminds me of the old show Tales From the Crypt.

I walk past this building every day on my daily lunch walk. This appears to be taken when you were standing on 17th Street near Pennsylvania Avenue. I like it. Nice shot.

You should take a picture of that building when it's storming, or about to... would look pretty creepy. Cool picture tho.

I can see why this has some "creep appeal" - definitely has a Gothic look about it. The angle is terrific, but the bright sunny sky is too friendly - maybe shoot again on an evening walk, after a storm, to help amp up that creepy feel?
