What's new

Have you ever downloaded

Firefox on Ubuntu comes with some kind of spell checker installed already, which interestingly enough, does not recognize "Firefox" or "Ubuntu". Cool feature though

I use the forum's spell checker.

Which, unless I'm mistaken, only works if you have ieSpell installed on your computer.

I yuse it all the tyme!

Most of my foum posting is at work, so I just pop things into word if they need to be checked. Most spelling mistakes are typos.

But seriously I installed in on the home unit and use it.

In my wanderings through internet fora, lo these many years, I've found more people would benefit from a grammar checker. And I'm reffering to people who's first language is American Standard English.

We really need punctuation and grammar checker.

I keep a scratch word document open. Dictionary.com and Thesaurus.com are just a new tab away......... cuz theyz on my faves.....

I don't care which tool people use, but ByGawd, they outta.

Google Chrome does it for me...but I'm forced to use Internet Exploder at work and no plugins allowed. I'm a pretty good speller though...
