Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
As you can see the frame is out of focus, I would like to get both, the frame and whats in the frame to be in focus. I have not found a way to do this without any editing, so I decided to ask here... Any ideas?

Your depth of field is to shallow. Trying making upping it a few stops to f/16ish as it will give a larger range of what is in focus and out of focus.

The plane of focus is always parallel to the image sensor.

To accomodate focus on subjects at different distances from the image sensor, like the diagonal plane in your example photo above, a deeper depth-of-field (DOF) has to be used.

DOF is controlled by the lens focal length, the lens aperture and the distance to the subject(s) you want in focus.

Understanding Depth of Field in Photography

Eye Shutter 2 Think: Photography Lesson 3

Rather than blindly stumbling about trying to find a suitable aperture, use a Depth of Field calculator to determine the necessary aperture for the depth of field you need at a given subject to camera distance. This will avoid excessively long shutter speeds and possibly the need for a tripod. Also remember that shorter focal lengths (wider angles) have inherently more DoF at a given aperture than do longer ones.

You may also be on autofocus, which will try to make the majority of the image (the background) in focus without regard to the frame. Try manual focus, setting it so the furthest point in the image is at the far edge of the DOF. Then see where the near end of the DOV is and if it includes the frame. It it doesn't, then you need to stop the lens down.
