Nice raptor pic - the colour seems to be off for some reason - white balance? - the second one seems to have a bit of a green tinge to it and the rest seem to have a bit of a red tinge - I'm guessing that it is possibly a Peregrine Falcon, a Sharp-shinned Hawk or even a Cooper's (and maybe I am all out to lunch on the ID) - they all frequent Arizona (assuming that is where you took the image). Like most raptors, it is often difficult to identify them exactly without a picture of them in flight so that you can see the wings from below. If you have any of it in flight, then please post and maybe that will help in its identification...bird's are a favourite of mine to shoot, so I like to know what I am looking at - that's all.
