HDR Building

I was using 3 images for mine.
I use a Canon S3 IS and set it to bracket -2 an +2
I have a bunch of examples here.

I figure more would help, but I was afraid of moving the camera when I changed the exposure.
How are others doing something like that? Just a really good tripod?
