Very nice. Both have a lot going on and you didn't over cook either.

Really like the panorama shot with the skyline reflection. The 2nd shot looks just like it was processed too much. The both Flags look like they were just added as they're so bright and doesn't look natural.

Great shots! The Times Square shot looks tilted slightly to the left, but that could also be my eyes being fooled by some perspective trickery...
