HDR question

Ok, I know, there is a ton of HDR on the forum already but...I have a question of a different nature.

HDR for Canon, covered, HDR for Nikkon, covered (if I'm not mistaken) but now - HDR for Sony?
Currently using an A700 and I cannot figure out how to get the camera to do three shots with 3 different exposure levels (bracketing).

Any Sony users out there that might know how this is done?

And yes, I have read the manual - for anyone that was wondering

Read the manual again. Looking specifically at the functionality of the "Drive" button on the top of the camera ... page 55 . Or just take that hint and see what the drive button brings up

why bracket just alter shutter speed a click either side of the correct exposure. H

... Because bracketing makes it take 0.5 seconds, rather than the 2-3 seconds it takes to take picture adjust, take picture, adjust, take picture.

If you're steady enough you can bracket without even a tripod and require no lining up in photoshop.
