why f8? Why only 1/60?

I was shooting something else a few minutes before and she looked so cute so I just grabbed the camera and snapped before the moment passed. Should have been more open and higher shutter speed but I didn't have time to adjust.:(

It is, I think, overexposed.
It looks like she is standing on grass and there is a slight greenish tint to the skin on her underarms.
Decreasing exposure and darkening the shirt plus adding some saturation makes the color better but introduces an unpleasant ahrshness.

So I used a tiny bit of the oil painting filter to soften it up and get that glowy thing.

What do you think?

Okay Traveler thats totally the look I was going for! a soft airy feel. TY TY:)

Well, since you took what I said without getting cross for my intrusiveness, let me add this.

She looks pushed over to one side as if you missed the point of aim.
By cropping to 4 x 5 and filling the frame more, you can lose stuff that isn't say important, imo, and make a tighter composition.
If you end up editing and printing this at 4x5 aspect ratio just add a margin for the frame.

Looks better for sure. I'm always afraid of cropping too tight. Here is the original to show where I started from. (i do not find your helpfulness intrusive)

Perhaps putting her about on the thirds line, giving her some room on her face and less, but some behind her.
It is interesting that, because of the overhead sun and her fair skin, the refelction of the green grass is seen easily on the undersides of her skin.
Someone else mentioned that elsewhere in a post today.
