I'm sure some people will find this repulsive, but it is a way of life. Will these heads be used as food? And is this a vendor trying to sell them?

Thanks for the opinions. These heads of lamb, I found them taking a walk by the streets of Marrakech, in a zone of markets. Indeed these heads are sold like food, and the gentleman had them exposed like sale product. Greetings from Spain.
