Headshot from last night. C&C welcome

I lost my work space a little while ago but I managed to squeeze everything into my apartment for a quick shoot just to practice. This is also the first time for me to use lightroom and I like it a lot but still havent figured out how to move the photo back and forth from lightroom and photoshop. Anyway, Id love a little feed back on what you like or dis-like and what could be changed. :thumbup:

I think the eyes could be lightened up a little, the shadow on the nose lightened, and even the shadow line under the eyes :???:

I'm not on a calibrated monitor right now, but overall, I'd say it looks pretty good.

Looks nice.
Ctrl E (or Command E) will export from LR into the Editor (usually PS)

Then save in PS and it is absorbed back into LR.

I always right click the image and there's an edit in... option to select PS. When you save in PS it will bring you back into lr with the edit. Looks nice to me.. but hair seems to be taking over the image.
