Love the eyes!

Would like a little more DoF so the chin/rest of face is in focus. I do like the effect with the earrings though (and I realise those options are mutually exclusive).
Not sure on the composition either; it's not particularly bad or anything, just doesn't seem to add anything for me. The little bit of green in the corner is annoying to me too.
