Hejnar Arca Swiss adaptors for Manfrotto geared heads

A few years back I tried finding if there were any adaptors for the geared heads that manfrotto makes for fitting Arca Swiss style quick release plates too and came across a general lack of anything being produced beyond custom jobs where you'd be welding bits of metal together.

Even when searching these don't seem to come up that high; but I 've recently come across something newer that I think covers the need

Extended Plate With F63 Clamp for 410 Gear Head

So I'm wondering if any have used these adaptors; namely the last one I've linked to as it would seem the best for the junior geared head. I'd be interested to hear of any feedback people have for these as at present I've really not found all that much.
