#3 is my fav, I think they are two airbrushed/ softened. although I know that's a look that many love.
I think with #4 her fingers would look better laying flat against her cheek instead they kind of look like they are poking into her cheek. I love the pose other wise.
#2 the background is winkly so therefor distracting to my eyes, and I think rule of thirds would be a nice look for that photo
(I"m just a noob) but those are my opinions.
