My name is Nathalie and Im from the Laurentides in Quebec. I have been doing some photography for a couple of years but as amator with a P&S. About 3 months ago I bought a Canon 1000D and started getting more serious about photography and have been trying to work on my composition and work on the rules and all the technical stuff (aperture, shutter, exposure etc..)

Tres bien, Madamoiselle? Celanya See I can speak a little. Luv the French language. I do translate English poetry to French with the use of French dictionary and conjugation book. 'Not bad', according to my mentor. Here's one.

Le hockey est un jeu que les jouent toujours

Jusqu'a dix heures trente lesoir dans la patinoire de hockey ils restent

Les pousses et les coups de tete ces choses ils peuvent supporter

Quand ils manquent un but ils parfois jurent

Les legendes de hockey ils peuvent se rappeler de leurs noms

Ils achetent ces billets pour le chers amour du jeu

Quand ils perdent un jeu ils parfois pleurent

Mais vous promets lànnee prochaine, les Habs gagnera la Coupe!

FOR THE LOVE OF THE GAME

Hockey is a game that children always play
Up to ten thirty at night in the hockey rink they stay
Shovings and headbutts these things they can bear
Whenever they miss a goal they must not swear
Hockey legends they can all remember by name
They buy those expensive tickets for the love of the game
Whenever they lose a game they sometimes weep
But I promise you next year, Habs shall make a sweep (bow)
