Hello! I found this site quite accidently today while searching for some thing or another related to photography - and I'm glad I did.
I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I got into photography later in life, at the age of 37. My first camera was a Nikon D40. It didn't take long before I was hooked. I'm now pursuing a degree in journalism (I never earned a bachelors when I was younger) and hoping to work as a photojournalist. I upgraded to a Nikon D90 and a couple third-party lenses.
I'm hoping to learn through this site and contribute where I can.
