Help me Edit These!

I need some help in editing this shot.
The little girl thought it was cute to bunch up the skirt of her skort and put it under her shirt. Well I didnt realize it was there in the photo and it is protruding out of her side. What can I do in PS to fix this? Thanks for your time!

its almost impossible to fix this picture without it showing. The amount of wrinkles caused by the buldge spreads throughout the entire shirt, i messed around with the smudge and came out with this. dont know if its what you are looking for though.
