Here are two photos that I would like some help on.

Looking to have some WOW factor applied.

I think there is some potential in these.

Plese let me know how you got the effects that you post.

Not sure if this is what your looking for.
I'm not very good with babies, never sure what a natural colour is for them

Process:
Resized - 800x533
Blur tool - 25% every where but not the face or hand
Added 1 step red and 1 step yellow in colour tones.
Added a warm filter. I forget which one at 35%.
Coloured over the skin with a peach colour, layer setting on Color opactiy on 30% I think.
same as above with a pink but on 14% on the cheek.
Bordered.
