Help needed - Metadata, Time change in PP.

Hey guys and gals, need help.
Had a photographer who shot a job w/ me but his time is off by an hour w/ mine.
Any ideas how to batch change that vs renaming each files by hand? I sort images out by time line then rename them into whatever_###.

Softwares available:
LR,
ACDSee,
PS
Capture NX
(BiblePro, DXO Labs) - if needed.
