Help please.

PLEASE someone help, I am using Corel paint and am trying to figure out how to do what these people are doing from this web site. I can pay someone to teach me if needed.
Please have a look on Moms with Camera! or Fairy Photo Competition. I know how to cut and paste child, allthough its not the best way and I need to find the best way, Its making child look like they are inside something or floating in clouds or bits of grass and flowers infront of foot for example.
I would appreciate any help.
