So I was out shooting portraits and the sun finally went down, as I was walking back to my car I noticed this nice view. Well there happened to be a duck in the way! If anyone could remove the duck and his 'trails' (?) cleanly, I would be most appreciative!

Why remove the duck trail?

You don't need duck cloning, you just need to take a second look. It's actually a good photo. The minimalist and muted works, although I would lighten slightly. The wake plays counterpoint and echoes the cloud, adding interest. Give it a slight crop to place the cloud and duck in the corner thirds with room to play and you have yourself a nice image.
