Help. Sound recording disabled

I recorded a play with an external mic and somehow sound recording was disabled. Is there ANY way to recover it. Canon T5i

I don't think you can recover it if it isn't there in the first place.

Oh I figured as much but was hoping for a miracle answer lol. Does anyone know how to take audio off videos posted on Facebook and apply to my video file.
