Help with a Bogen tripod

So I bought a bogen 3021 Pro as a second tripod, and I don't know anything about tripods to know what part I need to get.

My tripod looks like this:



No yoga. Here's another Bogen 3021 Pro with a thing that my red arrow points to that let's it do yoga. What is it? Sorry about the germ sized pictures. You needed to whip out that microscope anyway.

Mine actually has a head on it. Looking through your link, it seems that there are two different models with different center columns. I'm wondering if it only goes straight horizontal and unable to freely move around like the vanguard.

Bogen 3021PRO, also called a Manfrotto 055PRO tripod. Buy replacement parts for this model here.

I believe that what you actually got was a 3021N, not a 3021 Pro.
