Help with Aperture and 5DmII

I just bought the Canon 5DMII and am having problems with the files into Aperture.
I shot a lot of pictures recently in RAW2 and the program states this is an unsupported file. It states it is .CR2 just like my 20D.
Any help on what to do?
I looked at the Apple sight and my program is up to date.

I had the same problem with Lightroom 1

Yes I have refused to update to Lightroom 2

Camera Raw through Bridge will read the MKII files.

Individual photographs can also be veiwed before all files are uploaded from the camera which I find handy, rather than waiting for several minutes
