Help with editing

Is anyone willing to mess with this image and see if they can fix it up? I have been toying around with it to get rid of the uneven tones and the weed reflection on her face and it is not looking right to me. I have no idea what is going on in her right eye, there is a cloudy spot there. I need to fix this because my client really wants it, otherwise I wouldn't be worried about it. Thanks!!
